My brother was wearing a long-sleeved polo and tight-fitting jeans. I was also wearing a polo shirt with an unzipped sweater. It was just too inconvenient for some but we managed to wear them with ease!
We were just so weird to trek a dehydrating trail to that waterfall with those clothes but it didn't bother us.
I was browsing some of our photos until I found out these materials which make me laughing right now -- and decided to blog about it.
My brother in long-sleeved polo, tight-fitting jeans and black shoes
The nature was in trouble that time, the waterfall was not alive. The waterfall had limited water. It was disappointing before my eyes but for my brother, it was an amazing view because it was his first time to see Pinsal Falls. He had no previous experience to compare.
Well, 'san ka pa! My bro was with a formal attire. I must say he was wearing his favorite shoes and jeans this time. I can not blame him if he wanted to enjoy the trek with that attire.
When he drives a motorbike, he prefers to use long-sleeved polo than using jacket or other long-sleeved tees. I don't know why.
Anyway let me show you some of the views we have to enjoy while trekking.
So I can not imagine myself wearing the clothes my brother has worn while trekking the difficult parts of the trail.

He smiled, he laughed, he jumped, he wandered!
I can not question his "trip" in life but one thing is for sure, it was fun traveling and exploring with my brother.
I cherish the moment we were traveling and exploring together. The bonding we did as magkuya (brothers) was just priceless and can not be equaled even with the most expensive brand of clothes.
I will do these things, travelling my brothers as you did. Its also a unique bonding with your siblings. Lucky for you that you are with your brothers while on travel. We had experienced that also but that was during school days and we havnt documented that travels. :-). Hindi pa uso ang digital nun. hehehe.
ReplyDeleteHehe. We are really lucky Kuya Bonz at nauso ang mga ditigal gadgets ngayon. hehe.
ReplyDeleteWow! Seems like your brother really had fun trekking, even with long-sleeved polo! :D I haven't tried trekking yet, but I don't think I can last long wearing a formal attire. I sweat like crazy even with t-shirt on, how much more with uncomfortable clothes.. XD Anyway, I wish I can also go on an adventure with my sister :)
ReplyDeleteyou guys should wear comfortable clothes when traveling or going to remote places like this. That is a very lovely peaceful place.
ReplyDeleteHahaha! Astig ni bro! Parang may formal event sa falls :) At least he's ready for a pictorial.
ReplyDeletei've done trekking years ago in the island of Guimaras, it was a long hour trek from Jordan to Alubihod but it feels wonderful to accomplish such a task... :)

ReplyDeletehappy moments with your bro! long sleeves or not lol! I suddenly miss my brothers!
ReplyDeleteThe falls in the first photo looks amazing. One of nature's wonders. I hope to visit this place too.
ReplyDeleteFriend, sobrang magkamukha kayo hehe! And yeah, Edison is weird in some way pero at least di siya nagreklamo when he did the trek. Truly, bonding with your sibling for an adventure such as this is priceless! :)
ReplyDeleteI can definitely appreciate the fun you two had together. The view might have left a few disappointments here and there, but hey, the bonding time should make up for it. :)
ReplyDeleteWhat a great adventure! I also like the falls! Ganda!!
ReplyDeleteHiking with formal wear is something I've read just here. XD
ReplyDeleteThough its kinda sad that the falls has almost no amount of water (based on your photos).

ReplyDeleteI've tried trekking and hiking once in Mindoro. It was SO MUCH FUN! I was with my Titos, titas and sisters. It was an amazing experience. We also went to a waterfalls and I had an accident. LOL. I fell down from a big big rock. If there wasn't a big log in front of me, I would have fell further. I didn't get hurt, though. But yeah, it was really fun. SOBRAAA.
ReplyDeleteSuper tataas ng bato na inakyat namen and we had to jump to the ocean from a big big rock so we can see the cave sa gilid. Grabe. Lampa ko pa naman but it was fun talaga. :) I wish we can do it again. :)
