🇵🇭 BANTAY • The Commissary at One Vittoria Hotel, Upscale Dining in Ilocos

[BANTAY,  ILOCOS SUR, PHILIPPINES] ► I didn't think twice when I was invited to experience the newest upscale restaurant in Metro Vigan housed in One Vittoria Hotel in Bantay town of Ilocos Sur. Many were called but few were chosen—I, at least, treated the case to be like that.

It was a free dinner waiting for me, courtesy of a good friend of mine who happened to be connected with this new restaurant. I learned that this restaurant has brought the best of Manila restaurants to Ilocos Sur and offers food the upscale standard way.

While waiting for my dear old friend who I'm gonna meet after several months (even though we live within the same metro), I was ushered to the newly opened restaurant. The classy interior was pleasant for the eyes. I was served with a pasta dish. I didn't know what's the name of such dish. All I know is that it was so tasty that I wanted to grab some more.

When my friend came, we were served with a porterhouse beef dish. They have an in-house chef by the way. The meat was so tender. It was a big serving and it could be good for 3-4 individuals.

The Commissary has a breakfast buffet daily at 399 pesos starting from 06:30 AM up to 10:00 AM. The restaurant closes at 9 PM.

Visit them at the ground floor of One Vittoria Hotel, Manila North Road, Cabalanggan, Bantay, Ilocos Sur.
