🇵🇭 CAOAYAN • A Corny Post: Weekend at the Corn Fields isn't Corny

"This post might be corny, uh... trite, dated, melodramatic, or mawkishly sentimental, dull and tiresome but with pretensions of significance or originality, yet I think it is safe to say that spending quality moments at the corn fields isn't a corny stuff."

A quick motorbike ride, I have all the access to escape the stress of the city. I must say our city is not that too stressful (in contrast to HUCs) but compared to the relaxing feeling of the countryside, I may qualify that level of city stress from tricycle-filled streets and crowded public establishments.

What a nice way to spend the weekend at the outskirts of the city where the view you have to see is purely refreshing to the eyes and spirit - no smoke, no noise, no crowd.

I still remember this was on a summer of 2010 and on a weekend, we decided to unwind to Caoayan, Ilocos Sur and be at a private hut in a place called Nansuagao. This community is a home for corn fields and the plains and the fields are situated on a location where you can view the Cordilleras at the East.

Well as I said this is a corny post all we had to see here is the beautiful countryside and a lot of corns! Nothing much to say, I am just sharing this to tell that we have spent our weekend so corny -  and yeah - at the cornfields! Haha.

I can not share any sensible words to this corny article but to just share some other corny photos.
